This is the new Norris tank-less hot water heater that replaced the Bosch unit ... this unit will really provide huge amounts of hot water , units of this size needs 3/4" pipe gas supply, from the main trunk line of the house, to provide the BTU's of heat ... the only issue with these Norris units is they have solenoids that switch on/off and one can hear them through the piping and if the unit is close to a living area, one can the the unit functioning . the factory recommends mounting this heater to some rubber isolation bushings ...but this really didn't help the issue of noise transmission ...but it really puts out the hot water !!!!

This is a Bosch tank-less water heater that developed a leak in the control assembly, after 3 years ... the customer was not happy with the performance of this unit , one sink at a time was all one could do with this unit, and a hot steamy shower was out of the question
